One digital key to activate the specified game in Steam on your own account. The supplier states that there are no regional restrictions. This is a key, not a Steam Gift or an account.

Delivery

After payment, Plati issues a unique confirmation code and a secure delivery link. Open that link: after payment verification it provides your Steam key. The Plati confirmation code itself is not a Steam activation key.

Activation

Sign in to your Steam account in the Steam client. Select Games → Activate a Product on Steam and enter your key. The seller does not need your Steam password.

Before paying, check the game title, platform and system requirements on its official Steam page. For a delivery or activation issue, contact the seller through your paid order and include the error message. Do not share your key or confirmation code publicly.

• If the key is not delivered due to our fault, you receive a 100% refund. A key that does not work or does not match the description qualifies for a 100% refund once the issue is confirmed.
• If you made a purchasing mistake or changed your mind before the key was issued, and the order can still be cancelled, the refund is 80%; a 20% deduction applies to that cancellation.
• Once a working key has been issued, refunds for a change of mind or choosing the wrong game are not offered. Claims about defects or a mismatch with the description are still reviewed after delivery.
• Contact us through your order correspondence and attach the error text or a screenshot. These terms are subject to Plati's mandatory rules.
