Being honest about what we can guarantee

Bazelio is a catalog and storefront for digital products, not the seller of every product and not the holder of your payment. So we’re direct: we control some things ourselves, and others depend on the seller or the payment platform.

What Bazelio actually does

  • We try to feature checked products and sellers. We select and lay out product cards so that comparing options is convenient.
  • We structure the information. Categories, filters, consistent cards and clear terms are our area of responsibility.
  • We mark affiliate links honestly. When a link is an affiliate link and Bazelio may earn a commission, we try to disclose it.
  • We help with navigation. If a problem arises, we can suggest where to turn and, if needed, flag the problematic product on our side.
  • We react to signals. We may hide or down-rank products with poor reviews, templated descriptions or doubtful value.

Where ratings and statistics come from

Some data — seller ratings, reviews, sales statistics — may come from third-party platforms where the purchase actually happens. Such data:

  • may not update instantly;
  • reflects the source platform’s information, not Bazelio’s own assessment;
  • serves as a reference point, not a guarantee of outcome.

What does not depend on Bazelio

Because payment and delivery usually happen on the seller’s side or through a payment platform, the following do not depend on Bazelio:

  • the actual delivery of the product after payment;
  • refunds and their conditions;
  • the timing of order processing and the seller’s response;
  • the final price, availability and region at the moment of payment;
  • the internal rules of the seller and the payment platform.

What depends on you

  • Read the terms of the specific product before buying: activation region, delivery method, restrictions.
  • Make sure the product fits your region and your service.
  • If in doubt, ask the seller before paying.
  • Follow the rules of the services and platforms, and the laws of your country.
