How to choose a digital product
Simple tips for choosing a digital product on Bazelio — what to look for in reviews, how to read the number of sales and the seller rating, and what to check before you buy.
Bazelio is a storefront-catalog of digital goods from different sellers on partner platforms. To make your purchase go smoothly, spend a minute checking the product and the seller. Here are simple guidelines that help you make the right choice.
Read the reviews
Reviews are the most honest source of information about a product and a seller. On the product page, in the Reviews tab, we show a snapshot of reviews from the seller’s platform (Plati/Digiseller).
What to look at:
- The ratio of 👍 to 👎. Many positive and only a few negative reviews is a good sign.
- Freshness. Reviews from the last few weeks matter more than year-old ones — they show how the seller performs right now.
- Content. Look for mentions of delivery speed, whether the key or access actually works, and how the seller handles problems.
- Refunds. A noticeable share of refunds is a reason to look more closely.
Check the number of sales
Next to a product we show its number of sales. A large number signals that many successful deals for this product have already gone through the seller, and that the offer has been tested by buyers.
How to use this metric:
- Compare sales with the number of reviews and the share of refunds: many sales and few complaints is the best combination.
- A new product may have few sales — that isn’t always a downside, but it’s worth reading the seller’s own reviews more carefully.
Look at the rating and the seller
- Rating ★ (when shown) is the average score from reviews.
- The Verified seller badge means the seller is confirmed on the platform.
- Open the product card and check the seller’s name and stats — reliable sellers usually have many sales and a high rating.
Check the product terms
Before heading to checkout, make sure the product fits:
- What’s included — the version, term, feature set, license or access type.
- Activation region. It’s shown on the card — choose a product that suits your region so activation goes smoothly.
- Delivery method — an instant key, a code, a link, or access to an account or subscription.
- Option (term/value). The price is shown with “from” — that’s the lowest plan. Pick the option you need to see the exact price.
Compare options
A single product may have several options and sellers. Compare the term, region, delivery method and final price — and choose what fits you. The cheapest option isn’t always the best: factor in the reviews and the seller’s reputation.

- I understand that payment and support are on the seller’s side.
