Where to write about different topics
Order questions
If you bought something and have a question about your order — write to us, but note the important limitation below. Have ready the product link on Bazelio, the date and a description of the situation.
Partnerships & affiliates
Partnership ideas, advertising, media requests — email us with the subject “Partnership” or “Affiliate”. See also the Affiliate program page.
For sellers
Want to get into the catalog? See the For sellers page and email us with the subject “Seller”.
Product complaint
If a product is misleading, low-quality or breaks the rules — let us know: the product link, the issue, and screenshots if possible. We can flag or hide such a product in the catalog.
Takedown / abuse
For rights infringement (trademarks, copyright), prohibited or unlawful content — email us with the subject “Abuse/Takedown”. Include the link to the material, a description of the violation, your rights/authority, and a contact for our reply. Important limitation on orders
Bazelio is a storefront and information intermediary. We do not take payment ourselves and are not always a party to the deal.
If the purchase and payment happened on the seller’s side or through a payment platform, questions about payment, delivery and refunds should go first to that seller or platform — they hold your order data and the tools to resolve it.

- Where the payment happened (seller / payment platform), if you know.
- The order number and the email used for the purchase (if any).
- Screenshots and a short description of the problem.
