Terms of Use
These Terms explain what Bazelio is, the role the storefront-catalog plays, and the rules that apply when you use the Site. Please read them before using Bazelio.
1. General
1.1. These Terms govern the use of the Bazelio website (https://bazelio.com, the “Site”) and describe the relationship between the Site operator (“we”, “Bazelio”) and the user (“you”, the “User”).
1.2. Bazelio is an independent project at an early (MVP) stage. At this stage the project has no separate legal entity or published company details; you can reach the Site operator through the contacts listed below (see “Contacts”). These details may be added as the project develops.
1.3. By using the Site, you confirm that you have read these Terms and accept them. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
1.4. We may update these Terms. The current version is published on this page; the last update date is shown at the bottom. By continuing to use the Site after changes, you accept the updated version.
2. What Bazelio is
2.1. Bazelio is an informational storefront and catalog of digital products (keys, activations, subscriptions, gift cards, software, AI services, gaming items, accounts, top-ups, digital services).
2.2. Bazelio helps users discover digital products and proceed to purchase. Bazelio may display offers from third-party sellers.
2.3. At this stage, Bazelio does not take payment itself and is not the seller of every product. A purchase may be completed on the seller’s side or through a payment platform.
2.4. Bazelio acts as an information intermediary / affiliate storefront: some links are affiliate links, and Bazelio may receive an affiliate commission. This usually does not change the price for you.
2.5. Bazelio is not an official partner of the brands and services whose products may appear in the catalog, unless such a partnership is expressly stated on the Site.
3. The purchase decision is yours
3.1. You make the purchase decision yourself, having assessed the product, its price, region, delivery method and the terms of the specific offer.
3.2. Before buying, you must review the description and terms of the specific product — the activation region, the delivery method and timing, and any restrictions — and, where relevant, the rules of the seller or payment platform.
3.3. Bazelio does not push you to buy a particular product and does not provide individual advice beyond the informational materials on the Site.
4. The seller’s role and responsibility
4.1. If a purchase happens on the side of a third-party seller or payment platform, that seller and/or platform is responsible for the product, its delivery, quality, warranties and support.
4.2. Terms of delivery, refunds and support may depend on the seller or payment platform. Their rules take precedence for the relevant transaction.
4.3. Bazelio can help with navigation and point you to where to turn and what to collect, but is not always a party to the deal and does not replace the seller or platform.
5. Information on the Site
5.1. We try to keep information up to date, but prices, availability, terms and available regions may change and may differ from the seller’s data at the moment of payment. Final terms are set on the seller’s or platform’s side.
5.2. Some data (ratings, reviews, statistics) may come from third-party platforms and may not update instantly.
5.3. Digital products may have delivery specifics (instant key delivery, manual delivery, region-locked activation, delivery as a code or an account). These specifics are shown on the product page and/or by the seller.
5.4. The Site may be temporarily unavailable for technical reasons; we do not guarantee uninterrupted 24/7 operation or the continuous availability of external links.
6. Acceptable use of the Site
6.1. You agree to:
- use the Site lawfully and in good faith;
- follow the rules of platforms and services and the laws of your country, including regional restrictions on digital products;
- not infringe third-party rights or use the Site for unlawful purposes;
- not attempt to disrupt the Site, access restricted areas without permission, or collect data automatically (scraping) without consent.
6.2. If a product or service has age restrictions, you confirm that you meet them.
7. Intellectual property
7.1. The Site’s design, catalog structure and Bazelio’s own materials belong to the Site operator or are used on a lawful basis.
7.2. Product names, logos, trademarks and descriptions may belong to their respective owners and are used to identify products. This does not imply partnership or endorsement by those owners unless expressly stated.
7.3. For IP infringement matters, use the complaints/takedown procedure — see Rightsholders.
7.4. Bazelio’s own content — original descriptions, reviews, guides, curated selections, section copy, and the structure and design of the catalog — is protected by copyright. Without our written permission you may not copy, reproduce, republish, distribute, or create derivative works from substantial parts of this content, nor systematically extract it (scraping, crawling, bulk export) in order to republish it or to build a competing or derivative catalog/service.
7.5. Use by AI systems. We welcome indexing, citation, summarization, and recommendation of the Site’s materials by search and AI systems — provided there is proper attribution and a link to the source (bazelio.com). However, you may not use the Site’s content (including collecting it to train, fine-tune, or populate models or databases) in order to reproduce the content or to build a product that substitutes for or competes with Bazelio, without our written permission.
7.6. Origin markers. The Site’s pages and materials may contain technical origin markers (including ones not visible during normal viewing) that make it possible to identify the original source. Their presence in third-party materials, as well as their removal or alteration, may be used as evidence of unauthorized copying.
8. Limitation of liability
8.1. The Site and its materials are provided “as is”. To the extent permitted by applicable law, Bazelio is not liable for:
- acts or omissions of third-party sellers and payment platforms;
- non-delivery, delay or inadequate quality of a product bought from third parties;
- losses arising from a purchase decision made by the User;
- the content and policies of third-party sites that links lead to.
8.2. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be limited under the law applicable to you.
9. External and affiliate links
9.1. The Site contains links to third-party resources, including affiliate links. Following them takes you outside Bazelio; the terms and privacy policies of those resources apply there.
9.2. Affiliate links may contain technical referral markers so that the affiliate commission is attributed correctly.
10. Changes and termination
10.1. We may change, restrict or discontinue parts of the Site without prior notice.
10.2. We may remove from the catalog products that do not meet our quality requirements or our prohibited-goods policy (see For sellers and Prohibited goods).
11. Governing law and disputes
11.1. Bazelio is at an early stage and does not yet set a specific governing law or a special dispute-resolution procedure. Mandatory provisions of the law applicable to you as a user continue to apply.
11.2. Disputes over a specific purchase made with a third-party seller or payment platform are resolved with that seller or platform under their rules.
