Bazelio’s role in brief
Bazelio is a storefront-catalog and discovery layer for digital products. We display listings and guide users to a seller or a payment platform, but we are not the seller of every product and are not a court: we do not resolve complex disputes over rights. That said, we respond to well-founded complaints and may hide or remove a link to a disputed product in the catalog.
Who can file a complaint
A complaint can be filed by a rightsholder or by a person authorized to act on their behalf (for example, an attorney or an authorized representative), as well as by any user who finds a product that breaks the catalog rules or the law.
How to file a complaint
Send your request through one of the confirmed channels:

What to include
So we can review the complaint, please include where possible:
- Name or organization of the complainant (an individual or a company).
- A contact for our reply (email or Telegram).
- Proof of rights or authority to act on behalf of the rightsholder.
- A link to the disputed product or page on Bazelio.
- A description of the infringement — what exactly and which rights are infringed.
- The requested action (for example, hide or remove the link to the product).
- A statement of accuracy of the information provided.
What Bazelio can do
- If a complaint appears well-founded, we may hide or remove the link to the disputed product in the catalog.
- If the product is listed with a third-party seller or on a partner platform, we may forward the complaint to that seller or platform, who hold the product itself.
- We may ask for clarification if the request lacks enough detail.
What Bazelio does not do
- We do not rule on the merits of a rights dispute — that is for rightsholders, sellers, platforms and, where necessary, a court.
- We do not guarantee specific response times for a seller or platform to whom a complaint is forwarded.
Bad-faith complaints
Knowingly false or bad-faith complaints may be rejected. Please submit only accurate requests.
