Steam launches Total War autumn sale
Steam has launched an autumn Total War sale with discounts of up to 85% on selected titles. The publisher lists October 15 as the end date.
Steam is running an autumn sale for the Total War series. According to the announcement from the Total War team, selected titles can receive discounts of up to 85%. That figure is a maximum, not a stated discount for every game included in the promotion.
The sale is scheduled to run until October 15. The publisher gives the end time as 10 AM PDT and 6 PM BST. Steam’s individual store pages remain the place to check the price and the exact offer for a particular title.
What the announcement covers
The post points readers to the Steam pages for Total War: WARHAMMER, Total War: WARHAMMER II, and Total War: WARHAMMER III. These are the three Warhammer-era Total War games specifically referenced in the announcement.
However, the notice does not assign a discount percentage to each game. It only says that a selection of Total War titles is discounted by up to 85%. It also does not list editions, add-ons, or whether every piece of additional content is included. A title appearing in the post should therefore not be read as confirmation that it has the top advertised reduction.
Although the message was published through the Total War: WARHAMMER III Steam channel, it describes a wider Total War sale. For players interested in the third game, the useful takeaway is that it is named among the linked Warhammer titles while the final price still needs to be checked on the relevant storefront page.
What to consider before buying
If you are choosing between the three Warhammer games, compare the specific version you want rather than relying on the promotion’s headline percentage. The source provides no details on which editions or extras receive a discount, so the contents of each offer matter as much as its listed price.
You can review available options for the third game in the Total War: Warhammer III editions and trilogy product card. Check the current price and the terms of the individual listing before purchase. The Steam announcement does not confirm a matching discount from every seller listed on Bazelio.
The stated end date is October 15, with the publisher listing separate PDT and BST times. If the Steam sale price is important to your decision, check it before that announced deadline. After the sale period ends, the price shown on Steam may change.
