Да, на акке включён steam guard и с наскока сразу после покупки начать играть не получится. Нужно синкануться с продавцом через переписку, он вышлет код гурда. Если сделать покупку в нерабочие часы продавца, как в моём случае, то ответит бот: "... Режим работы: 8:00-19:00 по МСК ...", jfyi
