If your tasks are search, writing and media generation, the main value of the subscription comes from Gemini, Veo and NotebookLM themselves, with Antigravity as a nice extra.

You don’t have to take the whole Google AI Pro plan for it: the catalog has a separate NotebookLM Pro — 1-month subscription. The format is a ready-made account with an active Pro subscription and raised limits on notebooks, sources and audio overviews; the seller provides the sign-in details, and the password can be changed to your own.
